Boiling
Boiling is the rapid thermal process where liquid transforms into gas by absorbing enough Energy to break molecular bonds. It occurs when a liquid reaches its Boiling point, a Constant that varies by substance and atmospheric pressure. Water boils at 100°C at sea level, but lower on mountains where pressure drops.
