Face (geometry)
In Geometry, a face is a flat surface that forms part of a Polyhedron, such as a Cube or a Pyramid. Faces are two-dimensional surfaces that bound a three-dimensional solid, and they can be Triangles, Quadrilaterals, or other types of Polygons. The number and arrangement of faces on a polyhedron are used to classify and describe its Spatial relationships (geometry). Faces can also be found in other geometric objects, such as Prisms and Cones. Understanding faces is important in various fields, including Architecture, Engineering, and Computer-aided design.
