Mahatma Gandhi
Mahatma Gandhi was a prominent leader in the Indian independence movement, employing Nonviolent resistance to challenge Colonialism and fight for India's freedom from British rule. Born on October 2, 1869, in Porbandar, India, Gandhi studied law in London before returning to India to become a key figure in the country's struggle for independence. He was deeply influenced by the concepts of Ubuntu and the Cycle of life, which guided his approach to Public participation and Volunteering. Gandhi's methods, including Civil disobedience and non-cooperation, inspired movements for Election reform and social change across the world. His legacy continues to influence international relations and Labor economics, with his emphasis on Selfhood and Self-similarity remaining relevant today.
