National Park
A national park is a protected area that is considered to have natural, historical, cultural, or recreational significance, and is considered a Conservation effort. National parks are typically designated and managed by a country's Government to preserve their unique features and provide opportunities for Ecotourism, Hiking, and Wildlife observation. The concept of national parks is closely tied to the idea of Environmental protection and Sustainability. Examples of national parks include Rishiri-Rebun-Sarobetsu National Park in Japan, Yellowstone National Park in the United States, and Thingvellir National Park in Iceland. National parks often have unique Geology, Hydrologic cycle, and Ecosystems that support a wide range of Biodiversity.
