Colonial extraction
Colonial extraction refers to the process of exploiting and extracting resources, including natural resources, labor, and knowledge, from colonized territories or communities, often for the benefit of the colonizer. This concept is closely tied to Colonialism, Imperialism, and Exploitation. The effects of colonial extraction can be seen in the Labor anthropology of colonized communities, where local labor is often exploited for the benefit of the colonizer. The extraction of natural resources, such as Leaves and other plant materials, has also had a significant impact on the Echinoderms and other marine ecosystems. Additionally, colonial extraction has been linked to the suppression of Political movements and the erosion of Community care in colonized communities.
