Decentralization
Decentralization refers to the process of distributing power, control, or resources away from a central authority and towards individual members or subgroups of a system, organization, or network. This concept is often applied in various fields, including Politics, Economics, and Computer Science. In Politics, decentralization can lead to more Democracy and Participation in decision-making processes. In Economics, it can promote Free Market principles and reduce the control of a central Government. In Computer Science, decentralization is used in Blockchain technology and Peer-to-Peer networks to create more Resilience (ecology) and Reliability.
Decentralization can also be seen in Biological systems, where Decentralized decision-making processes can lead to more Adaptability and Survival of species. The concept of decentralization is also related to Causal (philosophy) theories, where the distribution of power and control can have a significant impact on the outcome of events.
