Space (astronomy)
Space, in the context of astronomy, refers to the vast and almost infinite three-dimensional expanse that comprises the universe beyond the Earth's atmosphere. The study of space is a fundamental aspect of Astronomy, which seeks to understand the nature and behavior of celestial objects, including Stars, Galaxies, and Planets. Space is characterized by its extreme conditions, such as vacuum, extreme temperatures, and intense radiation, which make it a challenging environment for Human activities like space exploration. The exploration of space has led to numerous discoveries, including the detection of Asteroid mining opportunities and the study of Methane in the atmospheres of other planets.
